New season, new look, new attitude. THAT is what Calvin Klein is going for in 2017 with the debut of their new logo on arguably the world’s most famous underwear.

As the new Creative Director, Raf Simons has joined the brand intent on putting his own spin on the iconic American brand before the release of a new collection. In collaboration with famed graphic designer Peter Saville, the two have made some alterations to the logo’s design that are bold return to the spirit of the original design.

Now with the logo in all caps, the spacing has also been slightly altered with a revised font that has already premiered on Instagram and caused a viral sensation. Since leaving fashion house Dior in 2015, Simons has made his presence known under Calvin Klein, debuting a new line, ‘By Appointment’, that is made-to-measure for clients with discerning tastes. With his ready to wear line set to debut next month with both menswear and womenswear on the same runway, all eyes will be on Calvin Klein, their new logo, and the creative direction under Simons.
